HOLDS

From the date that your order is submitted, the item(s) will be held for 3 business days while I wait for a response from you. If you place an order and choose the Money Order option, the item will be held for 10 days. After the 10th day, a final reminder email will be sent regarding the purchase. If a response is not received within 24 hours the item will go back up for sale.

If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please email me and I will get back to you within 48 hours. I am a flexible person as long as I know what's going on. Communication is the key!


PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are mailed MONEY ORDERS or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS thru PAYPAL. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT HANDWRITTEN CHECKS. Paypal E-CHECKS are accepted however.

  • Paypal by e-check: The item(s) will be held until payment clears (usually 3-4 days). Upon clearing, your item(s) will be shipped out to you.
  • Paypal via instant payment: Your premade item(s) will be shipped upon receiving payment. (I will let you know what day I plan to go to the post office. It varies from week to week with my everchanging schedule.)
  • Money Order: Must be received within 5 business days from the time you receive the mailing address to send it to. (If payment is not received, the items will be put back up for sale.) Your items will be shipped out upon receiving payment. I will email you to let you know that I safely received your payment.

    (If you are ever unsure of your order's payment or shipping status, please email me and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

REFUNDS

Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received the item for an exchange or credit towards another purchase. Items must be unworn. The exchange/credit amount will be for the full price of the item (base price) EXCLUDING shipping & Paypal fees, & any additional charges for alterations.

If there is a sizing problem with your item that you'd like fixed, please contact me as soon as possible with a description of the problem... If the item is alterable, the buyer will pay shipping costs & I will alter the item to fit you for free unless otherwise specified. (Example: If a skirt needs to be significantly longer there will be a charge for the additional fabric needed.) If the item is not alterable, you may send it back for a credit towards another purchase.
